Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities

Accountable for Faculty / Department / Centre data protection and privacy
Responsible for DAR and DCR for Faculty / Department / Centre
Liaising with the UDPO on issues regarding personal data protection
Attending training (courses, seminars by PCPD, HKU); Disseminating knowledge & information in respect of personal data protection
Assisting the head of the work unit in enforcing specific compliance and monitoring the implementation of the system, measures and practices & in handling incidents
Making recommendations to the head of work unit to improve the system, measures & practices
